Reconciliation Head

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

  1. Manages one team that consisting of support staff and/or entry-level analyst
  2. Routinely handles issues that are complex and substantial for department
  3. Identifies areas for automation/process improvements
  4. Recommends new work procedures
  5. Shares responsibility for budget, policy formulation, and planning
  6. Provides evaluating judgement based on analysis of factual information in any situations
  7. Manages staffing requirement to meet operational needs
  8. Evaluates subordinate's performances and makes recommendations for pay increase/promotions/terminations
  9. Persuades and influences others through strong communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties
  10. Applies in-depth disclipinary knowledge and comprehensive understanding within own area to resolve issues

Requirements :

  • At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in similar position from the banking industry
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and under high pressure.
  • Experience in handling various ad-hoc cross function project.
  • Good English communication skill, both in verbal and written.
  • Full-Time position available.


Mis Analyst

Responsibilities

  1. Develop Sales Performance Dashboard/P&L Impact and analytics for all sales channel  to measure sales productivity effectiveness and optimize sales capacity
  2. Manage continuous process improvement in sales incentive calculation and methodology
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales incentive scheme and design an optimal sales incentive scheme strategy

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Economics/Computer Science/IT
  • Min 2 year’s experience in related fields or Fresh Graduate
  • SAS programming or other programming skills is preferable
  • Ability to create and manage effective relationships with cross-functional partners at various levels of the organization
  • Superior analytical and practical problem solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Be reliable, results-driven, execution-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
