Bank Mandiri didirikan pada tanggal 2 Oktober 1998 sebagai bagian dari program restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Pada bulan Juli 1999, empat bank milik Pemerintah yaitu Bank Bumi Daya, Bank Dagang Negara, Bank Expor Impor Indonesia dan Bank Pembangunan Indonesia, digabung ke dalam Bank Mandiriri. Keempat Bank tersebut telah turut membentuk riwayat perkembangan perbankan di Indonesia dimana sejarahnya berawal pada lebih dari 140 tahun yang lalu.

Senior Project Manager IT Delivery Channels & Core Banking (in)
(Jakarta Raya)Responsibilities :
- Ensure programs and complex projects are successfully delivered on time, on budget through the integration and management of the critical key result areas.
- Developing the project plan, managing the project stakeholders, managing the project team, managing the project risk, managing the project schedule, managing the project budget, managing the project conflicts.
- Liaise and coordinate Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, Technical Team Leader, Business Team Leader and the rest of the project team towards the success of the project,
- Identify, track and resolve project issues and risk. Alert or escalate to Project Sponsor any potential show stoppers or critical issues that require attention,
Requirements:
- Have Bachelor Degree from reputable University with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years of working experience in delivering IT Projects: on schedule, within budget, within scope and meeting the expectations of clients and able to work on the project about 3 projects at once
- Having experience in leading several IT Projects
- Knowledgeable of business process in Banking or Financial Institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a good command in English (Active) and Bahasa Indonesia (Active)
Relationship Manager (RM) Commercial & Business Banking
(Seluruh wilayah Indonesia)Responsibilities :
- Menyusun strategi marketing termasuk di dalamnya untuk memasarkan produk Commercial & Business Banking (SME), seperti: kredit, funding dan trade service.
- Menganalisa dan mengevaluasi proposal kredit untuk pencapaian target spesifik dalam waktu yang ditentukan.
- Membangun relasi dengan debitur potensial sekaligus membina relasi dengan debitur yang sudah ada
Requirements :
Kualifikasi Umum :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari Universitas terkemuka dengan IPK min. 2,75 (skala 4)
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris secara aktif
- Menguasai penggunaan komputer (Ms. Office)
Kualifikasi Khusus :
- Berpengalaman minimal 4 (empat) tahun di Perbankan dan 2 tahun diantaranya di level Manager sebagai Relationship Manager/Account Officer untuk segmen Commercial & Business Banking - SME- (menangani kredit mulai dari IDR 100 juta s/d IDR 500M)

Requirements :

Develop action plan, develop marketing strategy (including selling), analyzing and evaluating the credit proposal to achieve the specific target given within the timeframe. Build a new relationship with prospect customer in corporate segment (private and/or state-own company) as well as maintain business relation with existing customer
