Compliance Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :
  • Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance program, including AML and KYC, and relevant quality assurance programs to ensure that potential compliance violation and internal control weakness are identified and timely resolved.
  • Be responsible for advising the management in complying with regulations covering insurance operations, customer protection, market conduct of life insurance distribution, and prevention of financial crime.
  • Provide support to business units for on-going assessment of regulatory and other compliance risks and advisory for the development of the business solutions and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct periodic review of the local business units / processes to assess their effectiveness in compliance risk management and to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide training to staff on compliance programs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :
  • University Graduate in a related discipline with a recognised professional qualification
  • Have 5 years or more financial services industry experience, preferably in the insurance industry, including 3 years managing a compliance function. Candidates from an audit, legal, risk management background will be considered.
  • Good understanding of insurance laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and work under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluently spoken and written in English

Direct Business Manager

Responsibilities :
Perform the implementation of strategic objective in Direct Business; through monitoring and controlling direct sales performance and activities, explore and create database direct clients to acquire new business and retention the existing clients, in order to ensure business growth in health business accordance with the company’s strategy.

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field in multinational general insurance company.
  • Previous experience on handling direct clients (Corporate/individual) is a must.
  • Strong in business sense and networking, leadership skills, dynamic, focus on customer orientation
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency, problem solving and results-orientation.

Property Underwriter

Responsibilities :

Responsible in underwriting process for existing and new business of Property, Liability, Money, and Fidelity business, in order to achieve annual objective and to support company business plan.

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • Have a good analytical and conceptual thinking, and detail oriented
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Acquire Professional Degree of Insurance i.e. Indonesian Certified Property Underwriter (ICPU) or and Associate of Indonesian Insurance Institute (AAAIK) is advantages.

Responsibilities :

  • The Insurance Product Expert will be based in a bank front line area and will be directly interact with the premier customer of the bank, with responsibility: .
  • Responsible to sell company’s insurance product to those premier customers with certain target set by the company
  • Provide consultation and good advice to bank customer regarding insurance product.
  • Influencing, assisting and convincing bank premier customer in a good way.

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in Bancassurance business would be an advantage.
