Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on infrastructure and property. As an established developer, it is diversified across 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region. The company’s presence in Indonesia spans 15 years, with projects throughout the country, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bintan, Bali, Batam and Manado. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a HR management professional to fill the job of Head of Human Resources (HR), to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Key job activities will include:

Head of Human Resources Job (HR Job) (Property-Real Estate)


Build/establish the human capital capabilities and infrastructure to support Company expansion plans in Indonesia
Formulate and implement HR strategies and policies that support business directions and achieve business objectives, covering:
Performance Management
Compensation and Benefits
Recruitment
Training and Development
Talent Development and Succession Planning
Organizational Development
Employee Engagement
Lead and manage the HR professionals based in various cities in Indonesia in providing effective and efficient HR support
Act as organization change agent and internal consultant to Business Heads on all human capital issues
Provide advisory inputs to President (Indonesia) on all human capital issues
Work closely with HQ HR to support the implementation of Group wide policy and initiatives

Job Requirements

Degree in Management, Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
10 to 12 years of HR experience (with at least 6 years at the managerial level) in multinationals or local conglomerates with regional experience in Indonesia
Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Indonesia
Ability to multi task, handle tight deadlines and work in a faced paced environment
Competent in all HR functional areas (staffing, compensation, performance management, learning and development, change management etc)
Strong leadership and conceptual abilities
Result oriented, self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in English fluently
