ACCOUNTANT
Job Descriptions and Coverage
Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets Register, Inventory, PO and Credit Control.
Ensure timely presentation of management reports by reporting timeline every month, with explanation on exceptional variances
Prepare monthly VAT reporting and other tax filing as per local tax regulation
Review tax computation for annual corporate income tax filing and submit it promptly to tax authority
Handle all aspects of the audit matters with external auditor
Monitor daily cash position of the company. Work closely with head office for loan request & repayment. Prepare 3 months rolling cash forecast
Assist Regional Finance Manager, South East Asia in the yearly budget preparation & review expenses against budget periodically, and other ad hoc projects
General requirements
Qualified accountant with at least 4-5 years experience
Sound tax knowledge and experience and be able to handle tax matters independently
Good communication skill and must be able to communicate fluently in English to HQ
Meticulous and sensitive to numbers
Multi National Company exposure is preferable
Hands-on experience using Oracle system is preferable
