Supply Chain Staff (Import)
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Communicate with principal from cargo ready, shipment arrangement, preparing document correctly & timely (INV/ PKL/ BL/ FE/FD etc..) until receive original document.
Communicate with vendor (forwarder/ customs broker) from cargo ready date, shipment arrangement, preparing document correctly & timely (HBL/ PIB) until cargo delivery to whse/ store.
Communicate with internal team from received PO until cargo delivery to whse/ store.
PIB preparation, monitoring and settlement to tax department timely.
Update in-house shipment reporting software.
Requirements:
Good English.
Heaving knowledge on import document ( BL/AWB/INV/PKL/PIB/FE/FD..etc).
Experience minimum 2 year in similar business (forwarder/ importir).
Able to work under pressure.
Good manner / good attitude – absolute team players.
Finance & Accounting Manager

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in garment industry is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Cost Accounting or equivalent.
