Consumer Relations Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Leading a vital role in sustaining business growth in dairy through new consumer recruitment as the main source of growth
Total management of the recruitment process starting from managing Beauty Advisor and Beauty Consultant in the field or in laison with Marketing Communication team
Total management of Retention program to loyal consumers, directly or in liaison with Consumer Services team
Maintain close coordination and day to day follow ups within both Mustika Ratu and third parties to achieve the business unit objectives
Being strategic and at the same time execution-driven.
Requirements:
Education Minimum S1,
Age maximum 35 years
English proficient
Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in consumer relation,
Preferably in FMCG/ pharmaceutical/ cosmetics company
